2. Definitions

2.1. "Report": A vehicle history report generated by topcarcheck.co.uk, containing data about a vehicle's past (e.g., accidents, ownership, mileage).

2.2. "Account": A user profile created to access services, purchase Reports, or manage Credits.

2.3. "Credits": Virtual tokens purchased by Users to exchange for Reports (1 Credit = 1 Report).

2.4. "VIN": The 17-digit vehicle identification number used to generate Reports.

2.5. "Commercial User": Any entity or individual using the Website for business purposes (e.g., dealerships, traders).

2.6. "Private User": An individual using the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To purchase Reports or Credits, you may need to create an Account by:

• Providing an email and password; or
• Logging in via third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook).

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining Account confidentiality and must notify us immediately of unauthorized use (support@topcarcheck.co.uk).

3.3. Accounts may be deleted upon request via email or through Account settings.

4. Vehicle Reports

4.1. Purchase: Reports are obtained by entering a VIN and exchanging Credits or paying directly.

4.2. Validity:

• Credits expire 6 months after purchase.
• Reports are accessible for 30 days via your Account or emailed link.

4.3. Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, data is sourced from third parties. We do not guarantee completeness or correctness.

4.4. Use Restrictions: Reports may not be resold or used for commercial purposes unrelated to evaluating the specific vehicle.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1. Pricing: Prices are displayed at checkout and may vary by country or promotion.

5.2. Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved methods.

5.3. Refunds (Private Users):

• You may cancel unused Credits within 14 days of purchase (email support@topcarcheck.co.uk).
• No refunds once a Report is generated (digital content exemption).

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse Website data.
• Circumvent security measures or overload our systems.
• Purchase Reports without a legitimate interest in the vehicle.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All Website content (logos, code, Reports) is owned by ROLeVita Limited or licensed partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on Report data.
• Third-party website links on our platform.
• Unavoidable service interruptions (e.g., force majeure).

9. Privacy

9.1. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the Website, you consent to this processing.

10. Changes & Termination

10.1. We may update these Terms with notice (email or Website notice). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10.2. We reserve the right to suspend Accounts for violations.
